This is why we worked on transforming the company's B2B operations from traditional to e-commerce. We optimized logistics operations, eliminated order taking and goods preparation on site as well as increasing the level of service by developing a comprehensive sales suggestion algorithm using big data analytics. By doing so we achieved minimization of stock-out levels, increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
